PETER A. SAAD, JR.:

Graduated from City College of the City University of New York having received a B.A. Degree in History and his J.D. Degree from the New York Law School. He was admitted to practice in New York State in 2003 and in the State of Connecticut in 2002. Mr. Saad was then admitted to United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York in 2004. Mr. Saad is the founding member of the firm.  Prior to founding The Law Offices of Peter A. Saad, Jr., he was an associate at a prestigious Nassau County litigation firm that practiced criminal defense, civil defense, plaintiff's litigation and commercial litigation. He is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association, New York Bar Association, New York County Bar Association and the American Bar Association.

   JASON BERGMAN: 

Graduated from Muhlenberg College having received a BA in History and received his J.D. Degree from New York Law School. Mr. Bergman was admitted to practice in New York State in 2003.  Mr. Bergman practices primarily in residential and commercial real estate, mortgage foreclosures, and represents clients in landlord and tenant matters. Mr. Bergman also drafts and negotiates commercial and residential leases, contracts, and handles the acquisition, refinance and disposition of various types of property and personalty.
